- How to Describe the roles and responsibilities of the Internal Auditors
- How to prepare for the audit including the buildup of Auditing program, Audit plans and checklists based on 2019 version
- Assess findings, and writing BCMS Audit non-conformity reports
- Follow up Audit findings and verification of corrective actions
