By the end of this course, delegates will learn:
- Gain an appreciation of the key components within a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
- The main terms and definitions in the ISO 22301 and the difference between the organisational resilience and business continuity
- Interpret the main concepts of risk assessment and business impact analyses
- Describe the roles and responsibilities of the Internal Auditors
- How to prepare for the audit including the buildup of Auditing program, Audit plans and checklists
- Assess findings, and writing BCMS Audit non-conformity reports
- Follow up Audit findings and verification of corrective actions
