Tahaluf Al Emarat celebrates ISO 45001 and 20000-1 certification

Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions celebrates ISO 45001 and 20000-1 certification for Health and Safety, and System Management Certifications respectively, through global assurance provider, LRQA

Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions, has successfully achieved certification to ISO 45001: Health and Safety Management System Certification and ISO 20000-1: Service Management System Certification, following audits delivered by global assurance provider – LRQA.

Gaining ISO 45001 and 20000-1 certification from LRQA demonstrates that Tahaluf’s Management systems follow a robust and globally recognised approach, focusing on continuous improvement for managing risk, to meet the needs and expectations.

The certification to ISO 45001 refers to LRQA’s provision and outsourcing of IT, IS, and Software Services. While ISO 2000-1 refers to provision of Application support services to external customers and IT services to Tahaluf Al Emarat internal Departments as per service catalogues V2 dated 2-5-202. LRQA conducted both on-site audits for Tahaluf Al Emarat, as well as remote audits for their offices in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The approach forms part of LRQA’s commitment to delivering digital quality assurance to help clients manage risk in a more efficient and sustainable way.
