Introduction
This course provides fundamental knowledge and practical skills for applying ISO/FSSC 22000 as a management system standard.
It is suitable for those with some experience in the food supply chain.
Participants will gain insight into food safety management principles, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002, and the additional requirements of FSSC 22000 Version 6.
Note: This course is not sector-specific and applies to all sectors within the FSSC 22000 certification scheme, including food manufacturing and packaging manufacturing.
