LRQA featured in the Energy Industries Council Survive and Thrive insights report

The Energy Industries Council (EIC) has released the eighth edition of its Survive and Thrive Insights report, featuring LRQA.

This respected publication is well-known in the inspection services and energy industry, showcasing success stories from large engineering firms, assurance partners, Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms, and manufacturers.

It highlights the critical role and needs of the supply chain in supporting the world's energy transition, including examples of innovation across technology, culture, export, sustainability, services and solutions.

This year's edition, 40% larger than the last, includes 134 success stories from EIC members. Within the report, LRQA introduces Assurance 4.0 – the new era of risk management – to the global energy and inspection industry.

The era of Assurance 4.0 is about enabling organizations to navigate the changing risk landscape, defined by three global trends – Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG considerations, supply chain complexity, and evolving cybersecurity threats.

Navigating the energy transition to achieve net zero is a key challenge that has emerged from this new risk landscape, and LRQA’s Chief Commercial Officer, Stuart Kelly, and Oceania Sales Territory Manager, Leanne Halliday, took the opportunity to explain how we’re supporting clients in this space when interviewed by the EIC, through over 600 renewable energy projects we delivered across 25 countries in the space of two years.

The team also explores LRQA’s journey as an independent business, enabling us to pursue a culture transformation program, underpinned by relentless client focus, to become the leading global assurance partner. For more details on LRQA’s journey and insights on how we support clients in the era of Assurance 4.0, see page 128 of the full report here.
