IOSH Conference 2019, is the yearly global conference organised by the Chartered Body for Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) that brings together more than 700 OH&S professionals and business leaders from over 25 countries. The theme of this year's event is " Take the Next Step”, with inspirational speakers, debates on the issues that matter, fresh thinking and opportunities to learn and be inspired.

James Pomeroy, Group HSES Director at LRQA is also speaking at the event about future risks, challenges and opportunities. His presentation ‘Enabling change - leading OHS into the new world of work’ will look into OHS challenges that are now among us, such as mental health, wellbeing and sustainability, and require practitioners to develop different skill sets and capabilities. James will use examples, insights and stories to explain what these changes mean for practitioners.
